11 Stone. £1,100. One Fight.

My Story
Cancer has taken people we love and affected so many lives within our family and friends.
We’ve lost too many loved ones to this terrible disease, and today we’re standing alongside my mother-in-law and other members of our family as they go through their own cancer journeys.
Seeing the impact cancer has had on the people we love is why my wife and I have decided to take on this challenge and raise £1,100 for Cancer Research UK.
We’ll be taking part in the AJ Bell Great Scottish Run 10K in Glasgow and using this opportunity to give something back, helping fund the research that brings hope to so many people and families affected by cancer.
Over the last couple of years, I’ve lost 11 stone and completely changed my health. This challenge is something I never thought I’d be capable of, which makes it even more meaningful.
This run is for everyone we’ve lost, everyone currently fighting, and everyone supporting someone through cancer.
Every donation, no matter the size, means the world to us. If you’re able to support us, we’d be incredibly grateful.
Thank you ❤️
Nearly 1 in 2 people will get cancer in their lifetime*, which is why I’m raising money for Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work.
Every donation makes a difference, so please sponsor me and help to power pioneering research. Together we are beating cancer.
